How much does it cost?
We start with a free call, then scope and quote one task up front. You approve that price before we build.
What about our data and security?
Where possible everything runs in your own accounts and infrastructure. We sign an NDA and we do not train public models on your data. We are Winvent Group B.V., KVK 42156298.
Will we be locked in?
Your data and your accounts stay yours, and you get them exported in full at any time. We build and maintain the code, so you pay no licenses and we fix bugs for free.
What if something breaks?
We monitor and maintain the system and reply within one business day. We build in a way to handle failures so an outage does not stop all your work.
Do we have to retrain our team?
The goal is to remove manual work, not to add a tool no one wants to use. Most teams need a short walkthrough and not a training program.
How long does it take?
Most first projects deliver a working result within weeks. We start with one clearly defined task and agree the schedule before we build.

What do you not do, and can you handle recruitment?
We mostly build for installation engineering and construction, logistics and cleaning, plus the office work that comes back every day. Recruitment runs through our agency Plaatsr, hotels through our agency hosp.
