We maintain the code, with no per-user licence. We fix bugs in our code at no additional charge. Management and maintenance are billed separately; we agree that amount up front.
Where the work sits in a large organisation
Rarely inside one department. An order touches sales, planning and administration, and in between sit the emails, exports and spreadsheets where the time goes. We build one of those handovers as code on the systems already in place, and run it alongside the existing process first.
How we meet your IT requirements
Where possible it runs in your own environment and accounts, with access limited to that one workflow. An NDA and a data processing agreement are standard, and we do not train public models on your data. Every run can be read back: what came in, which steps it took and what went out.

A working first version for one agreed task, on your real data and tested in a separate environment. Then you decide whether it goes live and which process we tackle next.
