Does our data stay ours when an agency builds AI for us?

Yes. Your data and your accounts stay yours and you can have a full export at any moment. Where possible the system runs in your own environment, so your data stays where it is today. We do not train public models on your data, and we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement as standard.

Do we have to replace our software to use AI?

No. Moving to different software is not a condition for starting. We build on the mailbox, the folders and the systems you already have, through an API where there is one and otherwise through the way in that does exist. The route you walk today is the route we automate.

What happens when an AI system makes a mistake?

A mistake should land somewhere a person sees it before it goes out. So a person signs off on everything that leaves in your name or moves money, and a case the model is unsure about goes to a pile someone checks, with the reason attached. Per run the log records what came in, which steps the system took and what went out, so a mistake can be traced back. If something breaks, the work falls back on the manual route for that day.

What should you look for when choosing an AI automation agency?

Put one route from your own company to every agency and have them write down what runs after two weeks, where it runs, and who maintains it afterwards. Agencies differ far more on that answer than on their own page. Ask as well what you pay per month after delivery.
