Question 1

Which processes can you automate with AI?

Accepted Answer

Work that comes back often and follows the same steps every time. A job sheet that arrives, gets read and ends up as hours in your billing package. A report that has to be ready on Monday morning. Work that runs differently every time, or where the contact itself is the value, we leave alone.

Question 2

Where do you start with AI in your company?

Accepted Answer

Start with work that recurs and follows the same steps. In a free call, we choose one task and agree the price up front. Within two weeks, the first working version runs on real data.

Question 3

Does our data stay ours when an agency builds AI for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data and your accounts stay yours and you can have a full export at any moment. Where possible the system runs in your own environment, so your data stays where it is today. We do not train public models on your data, and we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement as standard.

Question 4

Do we have to replace our software to use AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Moving to different software is not a condition for starting. We build on the mailbox, folders and systems you already have, through an API where there is one and otherwise through the available way in. The recurring process you do by hand today is what we automate.

Question 5

What happens when an AI system makes a mistake?

Accepted Answer

A mistake should land somewhere a person sees it before it goes out. So a person signs off on everything that leaves in your name or moves money, and a case the model is unsure about goes to a pile someone checks, with the reason attached. Per run the log records what came in, which steps the system took and what went out, so a mistake can be traced back. If something breaks, the work falls back on the manual process for that day.

Question 6

What should you look for when choosing an AI automation agency?

Accepted Answer

Put one process from your own company to every agency and have them write down what runs after two weeks, where it runs, and who maintains it afterwards. Agencies differ far more on that answer than on their own page. Ask as well what you pay per month after delivery.

Question 7

Which sectors does Winvent build AI automation for?

Accepted Answer

Which sector we build for says less than whether there is a process that runs often enough. Today that work sits mainly in installation and construction, in logistics and in cleaning, and alongside that in the office work almost every company repeats. For recruitment and staffing there is Plaatsr, for hotels there is hosp, both agencies of Winvent. If you sit outside those, Winvent builds it.
