Which sectors does Winvent build AI automation for?
Short answer
Which sector we build for says less than whether there is a route that runs often enough. Today that work sits mainly in installation and construction, in logistics and in cleaning, and alongside that in the office work almost every company repeats. For recruitment and staffing there is Plaatsr, for hotels there is hosp, both agencies of Winvent. If you sit outside those, Winvent builds it.

Where we build today
Installation and construction, logistics and cleaning. In those, the same work comes back every day, in the same order, and that is exactly the work that lends itself to automation.
Alongside that, the office work that comes back every day: job sheets, planning, invoices, time registration and reporting. That work sits in almost every company, whatever is written on the front of the building.
Two sectors have an agency of their own
Recruitment and staffing run through our agency Plaatsr, hotels through our agency hosp. Both are agencies of Winvent, with their own people and their own offer, because the work in those two sectors is specific enough that a general agency knows too little about it. If you are in one of those, you talk to people who know that work and the systems in it.
Outside those, Winvent builds it. That is most clients: the two agencies are the exception, not the route.
Why the route says more than the sector
A job sheet in installation work and a waybill in logistics are different paper, but the same route: something comes in, it is read, looked up and copied over, and something goes out.
In a large organisation that work rarely sits inside one department. An order that comes in touches sales, planning and administration, and between those three sit mails, exports and spreadsheets nobody would design as a system. That is where the time goes.
We take one of those handovers. It runs alongside the existing process first, until you can check that it gives the same answer as the people who do it now.
If your sector is not listed
Then the question is not whether your sector is on the list, but whether there is a route that runs often enough. That is something a half hour call can settle.
In a smaller company the manual work usually sits with one or two people who know how everything fits. It goes wrong the day they are away. That is where we take the route that comes around most often, and afterwards it runs without anyone having to keep it in their head.
What we do not do is work that runs differently every time, and work where the contact itself is the value.
How this works in an organisation with several departments is on the enterprise page.
