Example
A work order arrives as a PDF in a shared inbox. The system reads it, finds the job it belongs to in the planning, and stages the hours in the package the invoicing runs from. If something does not add up, the order goes to a separate folder with the reason attached. The exception and the final check stay with a person.

A planning board that at six every morning pulls the day's jobs out of two systems that do not talk to each other, and sets them side by side with whatever is still missing. The planner sees in one screen what needs arranging and does the rearranging. The board moves nothing on its own.
