AI automation agency for SMEs and large companies in the Netherlands
Winvent builds AI systems that take the manual work out of a company, on the tools that are already there. Within two weeks the first working version runs in your own environment.
What an AI automation agency does
It takes over work people now do by hand. Retyping data, checking documents, answering the same mail every week. Not with a tool you buy on the side, but with code that runs on the systems that are already there.
We first watch how it goes today and pick one route that comes around often enough. That route we rebuild. What stands afterwards is a system that runs, not advice on how it could work.
What Winvent builds
Three things. AI automation and agents that walk one route from start to finish. Custom platforms and dashboards, where sources that now sit apart come together. And complete AI products, when the system itself is the product.
All of it lands on the tools your team already uses, from Microsoft 365 to Notion. We check per system which connections are available. We write the code and keep it running, so you pay no licences and nothing per user, not even when your team grows.
For SMEs and for large companies
In a smaller company the manual work usually sits with one or two people who know how everything fits. It goes wrong the day they are away. That is where we take the route that comes around most often, and afterwards it runs without anyone having to keep it in their head.
In a large organisation the work rarely sits inside one department. An order touches sales, planning and administration, and between those three sit mails, exports and spreadsheets. We take one of those handovers. It runs alongside the existing process first, until you can check that it gives the same answer as the people who do it now.
Two sectors with an agency of their own
For recruitment and staffing there is Plaatsr, for hotels there is hosp. Both are agencies of Winvent, with their own people and their own offer, because the work in those two sectors is specific enough that a general agency knows too little about it.
If your company sits outside those two, Winvent builds it. That is most clients: the two agencies are the exception, not the route.
What runs today
On 6 August 2026 Winvent counted 8 systems live in production at 6 companies, with 14 days from intake to live. A system only counts once it runs in production at a paying client.
That is a small counter and we print it on purpose. An agency that does not name its numbers usually does not have them.
How it goes
It starts with a free diagnostic call about where the manual work sits. After that we scope down to one use case and give a price up front. You approve that price before we build.
Within two weeks the first working version runs on real data, in your own environment. Then you decide whether it goes live and which route is next. We keep the code running; your data and your accounts stay yours and you can have them exported in full at any moment.
The two agencies of the group have their own sites: Plaatsr for recruitment and staffing and hosp. for hotels.
The counter keeps running and sits, with the counting method next to it, on the numbers page.
If you want to know who else builds these systems in the Netherlands, we put five agencies side by side.
What a buyer asks first
What does an AI automation agency do?
It builds software that takes over work people now do by hand, and keeps that software running afterwards. At Winvent that is not a tool you buy on the side, but code on your own systems: one route from start to finish, on the data that is already there.
What does AI automation cost for an SME?
We start with a free diagnostic call and then give a price up front for one use case. You approve it before we build. Licences and a fee per user are not part of it, and we fix bugs without a bill.
How long before something runs?
Within two weeks the first working version stands, on real data and in your own environment. On 6 August 2026 the counter read 14 days from intake to live. That works because we scope down to one route and not to a programme.
Which systems does it connect to?
The tools your team already uses, from Microsoft 365 to Notion. Per system we check which connections are available and build on those. Which models and infrastructure sit underneath depends on what the application has to do.
How is this different from a no-code agency or from Zapier and Make?
A connector tool is quick as long as the route is straight and the volume stays small. Once exceptions arrive, a document has to be judged, or someone wants to see back what happened, it gets stuck. We write code, so an exception gets a place and every run can be read back step by step. You also pay nothing per task or per user.
Who stays in control?
Every action that goes out of the door or moves money is approved by a person. The system proposes, a human signs. When the model is unsure about what it sees, it says so instead of handing back a guess.
