01The situation

Screening documents cost an experienced specialist hours of repetitive work every week. Every check needed the same attention, while the real value sat in the relationship with candidates, not in going through paper.

02What we built

We captured 22 years of judgment in an AI checker that takes over the repetitive screening, in her tone and with her criteria. The system does the repetitive work; she keeps the relationship and the final say.
