On request. We do not sell an off the shelf connector to this system. Per assignment we check which connections it offers and build on those.
What we can automate with this system
An email, file or Teams message can start the process. We can return the result as a draft email, updated Excel file or report.
How the connection works
The process can start with an email attachment, a file in a folder or a Teams message. Software carries out the agreed steps. The result returns as a draft email, updated Excel file or report in the team folder. For example, the report due on Monday morning.
Which access we need
A mailbox or folder the software may use, plus a separate account for the system. That account only gets the access it needs. An administrator approves that access.
