How a connection runs
An order that comes in touches sales, planning and administration, and between those three sit the mails, exports and spreadsheets where the time goes. We take one of those handovers, and it first runs alongside the existing process until you can check that it gives the same answer as the people doing it today.
What you supply
The way in that exists, through an API or otherwise through an export, a database or a file that is prepared every night. Plus an administrator who looks along and access limited to that one route.
